The Bausele Diver collection draws its inspiration from a bygone era when timepieces were cherished for a lifetime. In the 1940s, military watches adhered to specific aesthetic standards. They sported a black case to minimize light reflection, a black dial adorned with luminescent hands and numerals, ensuring quick and easy time-reading in the darkest of nights. These watches were powered by a simple yet extraordinarily precise and durable movement, the Sellita SW-200.
Crafted and engineered to meet the stringent MIL-W-46374F criteria, this limited edition boasts a unique crown at the 3 o'clock position, filled with authentic soil collected from various US military forts. This soil, visible through the transparent crown cap, adds a distinctive BAUSELE touch to the design. This innovative incorporation into a design that complies with the demanding MIL-W-46374F standards presented its challenges, but they were surmountable.
