About Frederique Constant
Frederique Constant was founded in 1988 but the Dutch couple Aletta Bax and Peter Stas, launching its inaugural collection some four years later. From the start, the focus of Frederique Constant has been to offer luxury watches with a good price/quality ratio, offering watches with timeless yet contemporary designs and quality Swiss-made movements at a price point considered accessible to many. In recent years, the brand has introduced a number of in-house movements, including calibers with tourbillon escapement, and a perpetual calendar.
